Something a little different and a good option for those with less counter space is out traycakes.  Made from x2 sponges they are made like a traditional cutting cake but cut to individual squares (approx 70x70mm). Available in a range of flavours. 

Our traybake slices are made by hand and are perfect for those who like a little more indulgence to a cake. With items such as brownies, blondies, flapjack and Tiffin's available there is a little something for everyone. 

Our  scones are handmade to order and always receive fantastic feedback. 

Available in cheese, fruit or plain in small medium or large they are bound to be a crowd pleaser. Also the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon tea.
